Tried a Southern Tier Gemini at the Blue Tusk this past week....highly recommended Might have to try that this weekend. I grabbed a 6'er of Saranac Black Diamond Bock. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys a nice full thick beer. Real strong malty taste, not a bad finish. Overall quite solid. I grabbed a 6'er of Saranac Imperial Stout 9.0 % WOW nice. I have not heard of the Saranac Black Diamond Bock, but will go look for it tomorrow. What is the alc.% on the Bock ??

Anything Special for the new year? I am going to drink a Sam Adams Hallertaeu Imperial Pilsner. It is supposed to be a tremendous Hops experience! This beer was incredible, a little bitter from all the Hops but I loved it. It is a limited edition though if you guys are interested. A four pack cost $9.99, and is 8.8% alchohol.

I'd like to remind you upstate dawgs that the Ommegang Brewery in Coopersotwn makes some good beer. The Witte is nice, and the Rare Vos amber ale is especially good.

Picked up a bottle of the Rare Vos today based on this recommendation. I love living in VT with access to all this good beer. But my expanding stomach is having some problems with it ;D.

Drinking a Saranac Chocolate Amber Lager right now to go along with my second piece of pumpkin ginger snap pie. Snagged something from your neck of the woods VT. Long Trail's Double Bag Ale. Damn thing was a real strong ale. Loved every second of it. My roomate grabbed a 6 of the Ithaca Pale. Not my favorite, but definitely a solid choice.

I haven't had the Ithaca Pale. I really like Saranac's Pale Ale. That's a great everyday beer.

Ah, all this Saranac talk makes me miss my hometown....
Tried a Stone 11th anniversary and was very impressed. I know you can get it at Party Source or Galeville in Liverpool

Cabo Wabo is always decent....any 100% Blue Agave tequila should do the trick as well.

Got a bottle of Fuller's Vintage Ale from the Godson on my birthday last month. It's 8.5%, so I'm giving it some respect. Anyone ever had one of these? www.fullers-ales.com/vintage_ale.php

I usually stick with molson, yuengling, r rock, and newcastle - but I've recently only really been buying sams winter lager. Not a big L Blue fan but I like the 50 and Classic.
Sad thing is -when classes kick back into gear its going to be a lotta beast, keystone, and bud light on tap.

That looks yummy.
